Flexible UV measurement strips for lower UV doses with conventional UV lamps. For precise and reproducible UV dose measurements using the UV-MACS 2.1.
UV-MACS 2.1 is required for use and is sold separately.
The correct UV dose is crucial for reliable curing. With the UV-Strips 100 UV the actual UV dose applied in the process can be determined. The 100 UV variant is intended for lower dose ranges for Hg, Fe, and Ga emitters .
The thin, flexible, and self-adhesive UV strips are applied directly to the desired measurement point, are calibrated with the UV-MACS 2.1 before irradiation and read out again using the UV-MACS after the UV process.
This makes it possible to monitor UV processes even in areas that are difficult to access with conventional dosimeters.
The UV strips can only in combination with the UV-MACS 2.1 being calibrated and analyzed. The UV-MACS 2.1 is not included in the package and available separately.
